Does this have Propelne Glycol? I am looking for a animal rennet chemical free....

I looked up the ingredients and it does not have it in this product. The ingredients are veal rennet, sodium chloride, sodium benzoate 1% ( fyi soft drinks have this in it) and the last ingredient is water.

How do you store this and for how long?

Store it in your refrigerator. I make quite a bit of cheese from our goats' milk. This is my preferred size since the recipes take so little rennet that it lasts a long time, and it's so easy to replace it from Amazon, that you can always have fresh rennet. I've used rennet for a year or more before discarding or replacing it.
