Are the pages refillable? Thanks!

Short answer is no. Long answer is yes. The X strips on the binding side are not just for looks, they hold in the paper. If you where to get the right size of paper and then make holes in the middle and then unthread the binding you could replace or add some more pages. I don't think this is made with doing so in mind. So unless your very hands on and crafty then the answer is mostly no.

Can it be personalized?

Not as far as I can see, at least not upon ordering. Perhaps a local printer or something could, but from Amazon, there was no personalization option that I saw.

How do i cancel an order i just placed?

at the top right where you see the little arrow by account & lists, click on it and select "Your Orders". It will show you what you have ordered from most recently back. to the right of the item is a list of things you can do. One of them should be cancel order. You can also reach out to the seller immediately and let them know.

since the total is $46.98 if I buy both journals do I pay shipping. It says free shipping over $25.00

If you buy both and it's from the same seller then shipping should be free.
