Super easy to use the instructions are clear. It comes with everything you need to start monitoring your blood glucose. I appreciate the feature to be able to have it talk in Spanish. It guides you step by step in a clear loud voice it has been a great help for my family member. It comes with a case to keep everything in one place. It's very efficient and fast, it's a decent size easy to take with you wherever you need it. Overall I think the price is great for it's functionality and effectiveness.

The glucose monitoring set included a defective lancet device which failed to extend the needle far enough to penetrate the skin. Luckily I had a lancet device and several needles to allow me to test the unit five times and obtain readings of 132, 106, 115, 118, and 112. Therefore the monitor provides consistent readings. Replacement of the lancet device would resolve the issue. However, Amazon's website only offers the return of the set as a resolution. If possible, I would prefer keep the unit and receive a new lancet device. The glucose unit must be returned by early July to receive a refund which wastes product money, shipping costs, and employee and my time.

Got this to replace my old glucose meter, which turned out to be fairly inaccurate based onresults compared to the doctors office (!!). I'm vision impaired due to diabetic retinopathy so the talking part makes my life a LOT easier, although I do carry a magnifying glass. The unit is decent sized and easy to handle. The test strips are larger than my old unit and a lot easier to deal with. Unit was ready to go right out of the box and worked flawlessly first time. The voice is clear and understandable and the music is, admittedly, kind of cute (LOL). Big display as well, which is a nice plus. AAA batteries, ugh, but I use rechargables and it's the same size as the old meter used, so no need to buy new. For a product you have to stab a finger to make work, it was a comparatively stress-free and pleasant experience. Personally quite happy, it beats the stuffing out of my old meter. :-)

It works amazing and I like the fact that it reads the number out to you. What I dislike is there customer service they are so rude and act like you don’t know how to put blood on the strip I had two not work at all and customer service was so rude . I will buy these strips but from a different medical place . I don’t know how I was shorted 10 strips either . The product itself is amazing this company no so great .
