Can i use this for washing dishes?

Is this soap mild enough to wash hair on a daily basis?

I wish I could answer your question, but I didn't use this soap to wash my hair, I only used it as a body wash. I used it for a month and I didn't love it; it's just ok but I think it is mild. It feels like any regular body wash. My skin gets very dry sometimes. At least this body wash didn't dry my skin more. The "lavender" scent was too light for my taste, I wanted it to smell like lavender a little more.

Is this really sulfate free? sodium coco sulfate may actually contain 40 to 50% sodium lauryl sulfate!
