Update - I contacted customer service because of the issue of the product rubbing against my gum and being uncomfortable. They offered to send me a brand new one that is smaller in size. Their customer service is prompt, professional and top-notch. It shows that they genuinely care about their products and their customers' experience. Please give them a try! It was relatively easy to position it in my mouth, and it did stay in place throughout the night, which is a significant plus. I initially started with the larger mouthpiece, and while it did stop my snoring, it was uncomfortable and rubbed against my gums. Despite that, I didn’t want to give up on the product because it was clearly effective. I reached out to customer service, and they were incredibly helpful. They gladly sent me the smaller mouthpiece free of charge. I've been using the smaller size for a few nights now, and it has made a big difference. It is much more comfortable, still stops my snoring, and doesn’t cause any irritation. I’ve tried other products in the past that also helped with snoring, but they caused jaw pain or led to shifting in my teeth over time. This time, I was really looking for something gentler, and I think I’ve finally found it. This mouthpiece is comfortable, doesn’t hurt my jaw, doesn’t shift my teeth, and most importantly, it works. I'm very happy with it and highly recommend it!

This is essentially a scam product. Doesn’t work at all. Tried it for many nights over 2 weeks and it essentially doesn’t work. I have never been able to keep it in my mouth. Also take note of the “no return policy” on Amazon. Should be a red flag right away. It’s crazy expensive and my guess costs the company a few dollars to make so for 99 bucks it’s a total rip off. Save your money. Buyer beware. No return policy and a scam product!!!!! Beyond frustrated as I thought this would help a serious medical problem instead it preys on people who are suffering from snoring and apnea. Shame on you!

I have been using this for about 10 years. It was not available on Amazon when I first started using it, but that's how I buy them now. It works great for me and I have not snored since I started using it. 100% cured. It took me a few nights (maybe a week) to get used to it, but I no longer snore and I've become accustomed to it and find it comfortable. Also, my previous device was a hard plastic mouth guard that hurt my jaw. While that thing worked, I had to stop using it as it was causing jaw issues. This is much easier for long term use and the only "problem" is that now I can't really sleep without it. There are a few spots on my gums that were irritated by it when I first started using it, but then I trimmed off a few spots and it solved the problem. Now when I start a new one, I use the cutouts on the old one as a template. I have recommended this to several people over the years and about half of them have had success while it didn't work for the others. I agree with some of the reviewers that it is an expensive price for a simple product, but if it works to stop you from snoring it is well worth it for you and anyone who shares your bedroom. They last about 6 months for me, so it's about 50 cents a day. Good luck!

UPDATE: After my review, the seller reached out to me, informed me that they offer a full satisfaction guarantee, and issued a full refund via Amazon. Apparently, it is only the Amazon return channel that doesn't work - contacting the seller directly does work. My statement about being overpriced and not working still stands, though, so I'm bumping up my rating from 1 star to 3, for the good customer service. This a ridiculously overpriced simple piece of silicon (must cost them $1 to make). The design might work, but the problem is, it is very painful to use: it creates sucking vacuum around the tip of the tongue, so the tip goes numb and very uncomfortable in mere minutes, let alone the whole night. And of course their return policy is NO return policy. I understand they can't resell a used item from hygienic considerations, but at the ridiculous markup they sell it at, they ought to be able to suck up the cost. Shameful scam.

This device did not stop snoring. It sucks the tongue forward into a bulb like section. If a person has severe obstructive sleep apnea, this mouthpiece does not address the real problem. In severe obstructive sleep apnea, a person's soft pallet has moved to block the airway. Pulling the tongue forward does not open that airway.

I've been using these items for about 10 years now and I'm VERY happy with them! I'm on my third one after my others eventually wore out from nightly use. I cringe at the price but considering how well they work and how many years they last, I can justify spending a substantial amount of money for somethings so simple. It looks like it shouldn't cost more than 5 bucks, but oh well, it works! Sometimes I forget to wear mine and I always regret it and wake up with a dry mouth. I'll spend this money again a few thousand days from now when my new one wears out. This newest one didn't come with a handy little storage case like my old ones, but at least I still have my old case I can use. If I remember at first it took a little while to learn to be comfortable with using them but now it's second nature. They include good instructions on how to learn to use them.
