The Best Oatmeal
The 5 grain version of Bob’s Red Mill makes the best oatmeal. The oats in it still retain a lot of their structure so when cooked it is chewy rather than mushy. You can make an oatmeal breakfast in which you can stand up a spoon. 2 minutes in the microwave, stir, then one additional minute. Perfect!

Pepperidge Farm bread look alike
Enjoying the bread I made with it in my bread machine. Used only .5C cereal w 2C bread flour & 1C whole wheat because Cereal unavailable off & on.

This cereal takes some time to cook but is chewy, with lots of texture and taste in your mouth.

DO NOT BUY!
Despite having conflicting information in the description (2x 16 oz vs one 16 oz bag), I took a gamble and got this because we needed more. RIP OFF!! One bag for $9 is ridiculous. We will be returning it. We love Bob's Red Mill, but this seller is ridiculous.

We love this cereal. It's getting harder to find in stores where I live. BUT You can buy this same bag online at Bob's Red Mill for $2.99
