My ford ranger has( 3 prong fuses )are there any made for my truck?

I believe you're talking about a relay if it has 3 prongs. There should be a part number on the top of it, so I'd just reference that number in an Amazon search. If you're still unsure take it to an auto parts store and they should be able to help.

I have smaller fuses. Is 10amp ok for exterior rgb lights instead of 5amp? Also there are two ports for the fuses, does it matter which one to us
