Leg support tend to fall off, not a huge problem though. Works well, not good enough for making NASA shuttle drawing.

Poor Quality

A very nicely done piece of economy drawing gear. Sits on my drafting table when needed for those small jobs and stores on a shelf when not used.. Accurate enough to make drilling templates and that is good enough for me. Rugged enough for light use. Looks very nice and easy to read scales. Good bang for the buck.

This particular draft board is very easy to use. Set-up took about a minute with pieces clamping in snugly. The product as a whole feels sturdy despite being plastic. The moving bits (compass and Right-angle) simply slide along a rail which is a part of the perpendicular ruler. While not elegant, it gets the job done, though it may be difficult for some to create lines lower on the composition unless they pull it out and place it in upside down. Additionally, I see no way to keep the paper flush when the board is angled (using the given stands). I did note that the gray piece at the bottom does move up, but this doesn't feel intended to me at all (if it is, then something must be wrong with mine, as it feels a bit loose).

I bought this for my wife. She likes using it for a variety of things but one of her favorites is drawing calligraphy and the lines for it to get perfect lines. I'm not sure how it would stand up as a professional drafting table. She has health issues that make a lot of things difficult but even on bad days she can use this. By the way, the lead is 2mm. I keep seeing it asked. I measured it.
