It lathers well, smells great, and detangles very fine hair and sensitive scalps. Am looking forward to trying ALL their products not just for kids but for grown ups! Love how much of their products are EWG certified. NOTE: I did notice that with hard water when visiting family in Ms. this does not lather the same way. Saw some other critiques with this challenge and water quality makes a difference. Can't wait to try it in Canada. :) Have NOT tried on thick hair.

LOVE this shampoo for my kids! It is so gentle on their scalps and smells SO GOOD! Lathers well, tangles a little but not as bad as other brands, it’s non toxic and hydrates my 5 year olds hair so well, great for hair health!

This smells amazing and the 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner are convenient However it doesn't clean very well and my child's hair is greasy looking same day as using it. I won't be buying it again.

I am an adult . I bought this shampoo for myself as I was looking for a safe and gentle shampoo that would be conditioning for my fine dry hair. The fragrance is very soft, plenty of bubbles. I used too much to first time, 5 pumps expecting to need as much as I usually use. I believe this will last a long time if I use less. My hair came out nice but not as much conditioning as I had hoped for. I will continue to enjoy it since it cleaned nicely and didn't strip my has dry. I do like it, but if you use this on a little one , use just a wee bit because it does make lots of lather with just a little bit of shampoo. I would have given it a 5 but I just thought it needs to be a little more moisturizing to call itself a conditioning shampoo.

Great quality. My daughters hair was not feeling soft and was grime after washing with many generic target or Walmart brand kids shampoos. Her hair textured has improved since trying this brand my friend recommended. And it’s still a reasonable price.

Very pricey for a product that does not do much for my daughter's hair. I purchased these as I want a tear free option for my young daughters that started showering on their own, as I don't want them learning with products that sting. The only good thing about this is that it is indeed tear free! The fragrance is bland, it's not moisturizing at all, and left my girls hair knotty and lacking shine.
