I was a bit skeptical about the effectiveness of these melts but OMG! It helped with my rushing thoughts at night. I’d recommend the product.

I find these very easy to take. The very small capsules melt on or under your tongue. There is very little taste. I have noticed a positive impact on my sleep quality so I would say they are effective. I only need to take one before settling down to sleep. I think the price is really good value for their quality and effectiveness. Taken nightly the quality of my sleep is noticeable.
