Yes. Recipes for the starter, loaf, pancakes and naan bread. Please note you will need other items of baking equipment to make the bread. Google for what you need.

You'll need the ingredients. This is only the jars. It does include q recipe and instructions though.

Is there an option for gluten free flour to be used instead of wheat?

I have successfully used rye flour to make a starter the same way as wheat flour. It takes a few days to get going but if you keep feeding it, it’s ready in about 6 days
