Mic'd 'em...4mm (.395mm actual or .155", somewhere around 5/32). I would say, for conversation's sake; 4mm.

Less than one using the motor but you can add torque by hand and get 1.34 or 12 inch pounds. For the screws you would be using it for that is overtorque. I can tell you that it will strip out the screw heads if you do not do your part. I like mine!! Great for its intended use...electronic work.
