Great weight lifting belt
Brought as part of my home gym set up and its a great belt. Well made and a premium feel. It's certainly helping my back when performing heavy lifts. Im not sure how long the velcro will last but so far ok. I would recommend 👌.

After years of using a conventional leather belt, thought I’d try one of these. Was hesitant re: sizing when ordering and measuring, ostensibly, above the waist, but got it right. Nice feel to the belt overall and ties as tight as you’d want. Locking mechanism is very simple and secure using Velcro. For me, it feels strange wearing the belt slightly higher on the torso as oppose to a leather belt, but it feels really good while using (Zercher squats, deadlifts, bent over rows). Highly recommend - give it, and this brand, a try!

Great belt for beginner lifters
I’ve been using the belt for a few weeks now and I’m happy with it. It does exactly what it should. The quality of materials seems very good and once fastened it provides required support for my back.

Not the sizes stated?
Not sure these are the correct sizes. Compared to a BEAR GRIP XL the GYM REAPER 2XL is actually shorter! You have to account for the length of the Velcro closure as well. Had to return it.

Didn't do a review right away because I wanted to use the belt for a while to figure out if it's worth it. It is absolutely worth it. I've had the belt now for probably over a year and works really well. A lot of people misunderstand what a weight lifting build is for and believe it's just for lifting heavy and protecting your back. It's not. It's meant to help keep your core in your internal pressure your stomach contained. When lifting heavy you tend to put a lot of pressure on your core and insides. The bell helps keep that together and stabilizes your core. It does not protect your back. It's not a therapeutic back brace. There are back braces designed for that and then there are weight lifting belts that are designed for weightlifting. This one here is one of the best ones I've had. I love, absolutely love Gymreaper products. I have every single item they have as well as clothing. I get asked all the time in the gym about this product since I advertise it on my T-shirt. I referred a lot of people too these belts and they also absolutely love them. They're also compact You just roll it up throw it in your bag. Unlike your professional power lifting belts that are hard leather.
