Is the top shelve sturdy enough?

We have worked hard on the stability of this hanging diaper organizer, and we created a unique design to solve this stability problem that our competitors' products have. We have tried several types of boards to make it the best hanging diaper caddy. We used 3 mm PVC boards that offer increased stability to this product. Can this item be attached to a Pack & Play?

I did and it worked fine …just have to put the straps threw the side and tight it as much as possible
