I love love love the look of these faucets. They transformed the look of my bathroom at a great price point. However, one of the faucets has broken within a year of installation. I will contact the manufacturer to see about replacing it... Or just have a plumber out to see if it is salvageable.Update:I reached out to the company. They were very helpful and sent out two replacement parts. I only needed one. I was able to fix it myself (I am not the most handy of ladies amd it was a simple fix).I still enjoy the faucets and am happy with my purchase.Even though we had the minor bump in the road, I am still happy with the purchase and would indeed recommend this faucet to a friend.

Hot water handle/valve hard to turn after just a few weeks of install.

The hot water handle is already hard to open and close after two weeks.Update: credit to them, they sent me a new hot water valve and handle without me asking directly. That’s worth the extra star for customer service. But since i have to reinstall it, still not 5 stars.1 year update: the faucet aerator is clogged and there doesn’t appear to be any way to clean it. So it’s probably scrap.

The color and style was great but just like most items bought on Amazon they only last a short time. This one started leaking almost immediately. Had it professionally installed by my father in law who is a master plumber. After 2 years, with very little use, literally only in a guest bathroom, it started leaking when it was in and even off. We even tried to fix it but the left handle inside plastic piece broke and then days later the right one too. I’m tired of wasting money and this one is one of the expensive ones. Learned my lesson and I’ll be sticking to the real brand names like Moen and Kohler not from Amazon. Don’t waste your money.

This faucet is beautiful. It functions smoothly. The color is a perfect match for Moen’s brushed gold finish (the shower hardware in my picture). I can’t actually speak to the ease of install because my plumber put it in, but I’m really pleased with this overall. Obviously, at the lower end of what you can spend on a faucet, you get more lemons. But if you’re willing to take a chance on this one it does look awesome. I’m hoping it doesn’t start leaking or corrode. It’s been in for 2 months, so far, so good.
