Training Bokken Japanese Katana Sword Polypropylene with Scabbard and Tsuba 39 inches

This was my first time buying a bokken/katana so i was quite excited, however it turned out to be very disappointing. Based on appearance, it looks nice. However, the blade is bent and when you swing it, the blade shakes/wobbles. Additionally the tsuba(handguard) doesn't fit very well and sometimes slides of when swinging the sword. Furthermore, the saya(scabbard) doesn't fit at all, this causes it to always slide of the katana. The material feels very cheap and terrible. Overall, it was a very disapointing purchase. Wouldn't reccommend!

I love the sword itself and the blade however the sheath is horribly made. Very thin plastic and I can tell it will break very easily. Also, the sheath doesn’t stay on the sword at all and slips off all the time. I’d say that the price is too high for something like this

Very cheap quality bokken with scabbard.Scabbard is very flexible and flimsy.Not happy with the product at all.

Nicht vergessen. Das ist aus Hartkunststoff. Kein Schaumstoff. Das sollte man wissen. Mein Sohn kann damit umgehen und haut das Teil nicht zu Übungszwecken seinem jüngeren Bruder um die Ohren. Gastkinder waren nicht so nachsichtig und es kam zu Beulen und Tränen. Das ist ein seriöses Übungsschwert, dass man am besten mit der geeigneten Schutzkleidung benützt. Sonst tuts weh. Die Qualität ist sehr gut. Es verbiegt sich ab und zu, kann aber leicht ausgebogen werden.

El producto llegó en perfecto estado, el bokken es muy resistente y flexible.El sageo tiene la medida perfecta para atarlo al kimono. Y la saya encaja muy bien, ideal para trabajos de iaidō.

Buone condizioni

Bon katana d'entraînement sans risque. Solide et doté de son fourreau pour apprendre à dégainer et rengainer sans y laisser ses doigts !!! bref indispensable d'en passer par là avant de toucher aux vrais katanas. Top.
