I ordered on February 18th the 32 ounces of cheese arrived on February 21, but the BEST BY DATE IS March 6th. Ridiculous, I would have never bought if I knew I needed to eat all of it in that time period.

Some of it Taste very good
The cheese taste very good and melts well on pizza. I would have give the cheese 5 stars if it was easier to shred. The cheese is very good if sliced or cut up, when you try to shred it, it comes off it little chunks. So, slice it and enjoy it. Update 11/5/2014 I ordered two of the 2 packs, each block has a slightly different taste, each pack seems to have a different amount of liquid in the pack and it seems like the packs with the most liquid in it taste better and is easier to grate/slice.

Very good..not too salty...nice mozzarella taste....melts pretty fast too....and was stingy like it should be.
