I've been doing Diamond Art for a number f years and absolutely love these wax pencils. When I bought them and first sharpened I was a bit dubious but soon realised that sharpening to a point makes it harder for the drills to grip. After I got going and the wax had ground down a bit the pencil was amazing to use. I flew through my latest picture, used very little wax and the drills lined up great. I always line them up after I have finished with a lining tool or an old plastic card. One thing worth mentioning is that the colour from the pencil's outside colour coating can come off on your hands but easily remidied by using one of the pink or blue spiral foam pencil grips you get free with the kits. All in all fabulous product and so much better than the cheap pink square pieces that you get with kits. Less of having to keep loading the pink pen and more of flying through your Diamond Paintings. What's not to love.

Having recently been on a craft workshop where we used these to pick up beads and gems, I was keen to own my own. There are 5 in the pack, which you need to sharpen before use. They work perfectly and make handling beads, gems etc so much easier. each pencil will last a long time, and will only need re-sharpening if they cease to work.

Absolutely incredible! I was surprised at the length of them and you get 5 in the pack. These will last ages! Picks up my diamonds easily. Simply sharpen the wax pen when needed and off you go. 10/10

These pencils are so much better than the putty filled annoyances. Just sharpen like a pencil and go. I've done ten 30x40 paintings so far and not even half down the first pencil. I am so glad I tried these.

You waste quiet a lot getting or shaping your wax tip. Needed a pencil sharpener so unable to use at first. Need to be better shaped or come with ergonomic grip.

Good product value for money

Don't waste your money. These are useless. The soft wax breaks when used and sharpening them is a nightmare. I shall go back to my old dob of beeswax. It may not be as attractive but, at least it works.

Sie sind gut aber nicht perfekt, Vorteil man kann ohne ständig wachs aufzufüllen, painten. Die Spitze läßt sich sehr gut anspitzen mit ein ganz normalen Anspitzer für Bleistifte. Sie sollte nicht zu spitz sein. Nachteil man braucht ein festen Stift für das gerade rücken der Steine, da ja der wachs nicht so fest ist. Aber mit ein bisschen Übung sitzen die Steine am richtigen Fleck beim ersten Mal.
