I slice these up in salads, delicious. Basically a pickled garlic like a pickled onion, good for you without needing to be cooked. If you want garlic for cooking these aren’t for you.

Completely odourless and tasteless!
Absolutely awful , when I opened the jar there was no smell of garlic what’s so ever, just a slight acidic smell. Used them in cooking but no flavour at all just cant believe such a pungent bulb like garlic can be stripped of its flavour by steeping in this liquid. Very disappointing.
