Is the jubilee bracelet adjustable?

Yes. Adjusted mine to a smaller size.

How accurate is the movement? +-30 sec. a day? In that realm?

The watch is very accurate. It takes several days for the watch to be off a minute or more. I like this model so much I have purchased three of them, two for me and one for my son.
