For the cost this purchase was not a let down! Just one thing we suggest, once received, double check that the caps on the ends are still on, a few popped off during shipping but did not damage or hinder their ability to work.

These highlighters turned out very nice.

Mu design was very clear. The size placement is perfect and easy to read

The communication from the seller was quick when we had an upload error and it shipped pretty fast and came with lots of bubble wrap, was well protected. The text comes out clear and not blurry, which is a positive, and the ink is strong on the highlighter. Was bummed to see that during manufacturing or packing, many of the highlights we have come with some type of flaw, mainly a scratch or discoloration, which you can see in the photos. Does not give us the clean and professional look we were hoping for, however they are only door prizes so it is not the biggest prizes, but be careful if you are looking to impress.

Evidently when I put our logo and QR on the request form, it was slightly off-center. They went ahead and printed it off-center ended up throwing them all away. The person quality checking the work had to have known it was not acceptable Good product very sketchy quality assurance
