Q: Will this work with disposable plastic cups? 5-9 oz.

I use the 8 oz.foam, as long as the sides are flexible enough and they fit in the opening.Measure the top of the 8 oz. cup and the 5-9 oz. and see.Better yet my 8 oz. cup is 3 1/8 across the top.If it is smaller than this I think they would fall out the bottom.If bigger they get squeezed trying to get them out.Hope this helps

Q: Does this dispenser have a cap to cover the top?

The one that I ordered came with a cap, but might I suggest if at all possible look at getting hooked up with WB Mason. They have this item cheaper and much much more. No I am not a sales rep just a loyal customer. Good Luck!
