Simply the Best
I've been a chocolate lover all my life. I love it in all its forms. I love cooking and baking with it; and for decades I've used a well-known brand of cocoa powder, occasionally experimenting with other brands. But when I opened my first container of Rodelle and caught its aroma, before I'd even tasted anything made from it, I knew I had found the best. Since then I've been buying it regularly. I've recommended it to family and friends. Rodelle's cocoa has a deep and rich and comforting flavor, intensely chocolate, with a hint of fruitiness that raises anything I make with it to a whole other level of chocolate goodness. What else can I say? Rodelle's is simply the best.

Good quality. Works well with cooking and baking. Less bottom sediment
I bought this on the recommendation of a friend who puts this at the top of her list for powdered cocoa. I tried it at least 15 times -- baking a chocolate cake and making hot cocoa. It mixes well in liquids and is ground finely enough it has less at the bottom of the cup than many other brands. I ended up giving about half of this to my friend based solely on its flavor. I'm not a cocoa expert, so I don't know the vocab -- this does not have enough 'chocolately flavor' for my taste.

Sadly, my grocery store stopped carrying this, so I am glad I found it on Amazon. It is great for making hot cocoa, chocolate cake, and other yummy desserts. Highly recommend this brand.
