Q: What is the length trekking pole you recommend to get the tent nice and tight?

Almost all tents such as this are set for 125cm or 49.2". You can also make a custom 3oz pole for this by using the Weanas 11' 3" aluminum pole (8.5mm diameter) and removing all but 4 sections and then reinstalling the other end lug to end up with a pole exactly 125cm long.

Q: Sorry for my lack of knowledge on hiking tents but does this one have a zipper to get a tight seal on it or does it just wrap around to close

Well, as you see in pictures posted by others, the front has a zipper and this tent can be 'sealed' by staking the tent to the ground. By doing that you will increase the level of moisture that accumulates inside the tent.

Q: Is the chording included with the stakes?

Yes it comes with cords and stakes I believe 8 stakes and 4 cords I believe. There are multiple tie down points on this tent in addition to what they provide though. But they provide enough to set this tent up adequately for me.

Q: Is the sleeping area fully enclosed with zippers?

It’s fully enclosed with a screen door that zips shut. Additionally the outer vestibule area zips shut, but there is no floor in that area.
