Is this safe on diesel engines like Cummins and how many ounces do you need for a Cummins 3 gallon oil?

If you need 15 quarts of oil then on the initial clean you will need 60oz. which is the 64oz bottle. pour all of it in and finish the rest with oil. i don't know who was doing this math but they might want to use a calculator the next time. He He He.

Can you use this on gas engines?

Yes. Specifically states for both Gas and Diesel. You can use it in small engines i.e, lawnmowers, generators, etc., and also add it to 2-stroke oil.
