Can I add fragrance of my own choice ?

I do not believe so. You have to order through one of the hotels or amazon or whatnot. I could be wrong, but I think that’s the way you have to do it

Which scent does it come with?

I asked the same question when I purchased and this was their response: Message from 3rd party seller: Thank you for your email. The Marriott only offers once scent, their Signature Scent is the Attune Scent that you purchased and received. Sincerely, Customer Service The New Orleans Marriott and a couple others I’ve stayed smell incredible. I have tried to find this scent for years and haven’t had any luck. I thought this was it because it’s from Marriott but it’s not. It’s a really strong floral scent.

How long does one cartridge last?

You can’t just say a month it depends how long and how much you use it.
