How is this packaged. Is it flat packed in a polythene bag?

Yes it was packed very well. The mat is excellent quality and I’ve already ordered another one!! Definitely worth buying.

Can this be cut to size?

Simple answer is yes. It's completely possible for all coir mats to be cut down to size. If you want to go with a professional cut, you can order made to measure from some companies, we don't offer this sorry. Thanks for your question. LP
