We bought two for our remodeled guest bathrooms. They look and feel very high quality. Smooth to the touch and overall beautiful. Easy to clean. Highly recommend.

I've been using the Grohe Bauloop Bathroom Faucet for a while now and I must say, it has impressed me in more ways than one. However, there is one minor issue that could be improved - the water pressure. While it's not a dealbreaker, a little more force would be nice. I like the modern look of the faucets very much but cold water was leaking after faucet turned off when first installed. Construction was delayed and items not returnable after thirty days. Contacted Grohe support and I was told item is RGA eligible for return to Amazon as defective. So far I haven't been able to contact Amazon. Can anyone help with this? Had to get two different faucets, these were no longer available, making a very expensive purchase if I can't get a refund or credit on the previous one.
