I've tried these breakfast biscuits in several flavors including the Blueberry, Gingerbread and Cinnamon Brown Sugar. I'm not crazy about Gingerbread in the first place, but a friend couldn't find them locally, so I ordered a carton (six boxes of five packs of four biscuits) as a gift for her. I tried the gingerbread, and they weren't bad. Not my favorite flavor, but like I said, I don't care for gingerbread to begin with. The blueberry and cinnamon brown sugar are delicious. The latter is my favorite so far - so much so that I signed up for the Subscribe and Save option to get them every month. They're a great fairly healthy snack when you need a little pick me up in the morning - or even in the afternoon. A box of five packs usually lasts a week, unless I share or have them on the weekend, so I have plenty to last throughout the entire month. A pack of four biscuits contains 230 calories, with 8 grams of fat, 10 grams of sugar and 35 grams of total sugar. It also has 2 grams of fiber. They are received on time, with the outer box being relatively damage free, and the expiration date has been anywhere from 4 - 5 months from the date I received them so far. The current box expires 07/2023. My only complaint is that, despite them being delivered with minimal damage and the box intact, the biscuits are broken. And, by broken, I mean ranging from just broken into two pieces to largely crumbles. My suggestion for improvement is that the seller mail the box in a padded box because, with the exception of the first delivery, every subsequent box has contained broken biscuits in every package. I know it will most likely increase the cost, but I, for one, am willing to pay extra to get non-broken biscuits. If they had come mostly intact, I would have given them a 5-star rating.

These cookies are a delicious snack for after lunch. Est them on a daily basis they are also rather tasty with almond butter
