2 bottles 1/2 full ⁉️
I think it works VERY well, but I also think it’s Ludacris to buy 2 bottles & literally pour 1 of the bottles into the other bottle which fills it up perfectly & discard the other bottle.😵💫THEY ARE 1/2 FULL! What a waste. Why do they do that? They all do that, it’s ridiculous!!! Charge the same amount of money but fill up the damn bottle. Even supplements that comes from India do it…they all do it & I don’t get it. Is it to make it look like you’re getting more but I mean it’s 1/2 full, we’re all smarter than that!” They’re wasting brown glass bottles & space, it’s insane!😵💫

If you can’t sleep, you need to try these
I’ve been taking these for a while now and we seem to work better than some of the prescription ones. I was on within 20 minutes. I’m asleep.

They work for me.
I have used this brand for 3-4 years. I only use them when my sleep cycle is off. These seems to work for me and I only take one pill even though direction say take two. I suspect they would work even better if I took two. They don't work like sleeping pills, but I think they help relax your brain enough so you can fall asleep. I

Racing Heart Rate-be careful
I really wish this worked for me. I tried it for two nights. The first night I took the recommended two pills. I woke up throughout the night with a racing heart and sweating. Fortunately, I wasn't groggy in the morning. The second night I only took one pill, however the same thing happened. My racing heart alarmed me and I will not be using this again.
