I absolutely adore this journal. I love the little wrap around leather strip to tie it shut and the cover is beautiful as well and feels nice. The pages are all unique and have a kind of aged-paper feel and look to them. I also love how even though the pages have different cuts and slightly varied lengths with certain parts of each page, the square for writing in (with lines!) is always the same as far as I can tell. I'm terrible at writing straight so it was really nice to find a journal like this with lines. It also feels, I don't know, majestic? Kind of like I should be writing with an ink and quill (lol). I also love how thick the whole thing is. Mine at least was thicker than most journals I have, probably more so because of the unique paper than anything else, but I kind of like how it looks like there's so much to it. It seems to me like there was a lot of love put into making it. 10/10 would recommend

But I did see that the new batch feels a bit thinner than the last, but I don't mind too much.I see how you guys are running low on inventory. As you can see, im an avid collector of notebooks and I BEG you to bring back the larger sizes, especially the black & green one. (Which I have but it wasn't pictured.) I absolutely adore these books!!! They are so well made! The paper isnt ruffle - its the perfect combo between paper & fabric feeling. Inks dont bleed..Not to mention, these books are the ONLY deckle edged LINED books on amazon. I have checked over and over and I love the design! Its not just straight lines..BRILLIANT WORK!!! .PLEASE PLEASE bring them back in stock!! I will literally buy at least 10 the first day! please bring them back! Let's start with the cover. It's a perfect green color, which is exactly what I wanted. I was a bit worried it might be too bright or saturated, but it's lovely. There seems to be a few very minor scratches and scuffs in the leather, but I personally don't mind. I prefer a weathered look, and you can only barely feel the scratches at all. Overall, the leather is very very smooth. Compared to another journal by the same company, the cover of this one seems not as thick but far more stiff and sturdy.The pages are also a much darker, deeper, golden brown color than the last journal I bought. The pages feel thicker, but not as "soft" or cottony as my other one, which I don't think I mind.The lines and borders on the pages are a little bit off. On some pages it's more faded, and it's also lopsided on pages. A little disappointing, but it only really detracts from aesthetic and doesn't interfere with usability. I don't usually like journals bound with a strip of leather, but I don't suppose I mind this one too much— it's thin and wraps around ≈1½ times, so you don't have a whole long cord getting in your way too much. If I feel the need, I can easily take out the cord and replace it with something, else like a buckle perhaps.Overall, it looks pretty gorgeous and I'm very excited to have it. I also love how it smells

This book is beautifully made and so unique. I bought it use when I officiate weddings. It presents beautifully and it keeps all my writings in one place. Don’t hesitate, buy it.

It's craftsmanship is great . The leather is nice and smooth and the pages are sturdy. Love that I can write in mine with fountain pens and that it doesn't bleed through . Only issues I had was that it only had 195 pages not 200. Which isn't the biggest deal but you should get what it advertised. Other than that it's a great journal. I always buy my journals through Leather Village amazing company . With great quality products.

This is my prayer journal. I chose it because it made me feel like I was writing my own scrolls.

I like everything about the book, I am a perfectionist and I paid attention to detail.The pages are stamped, some pages the stamping is crooked/slanted/off centered at first glance I was like what, then as I looked through the book page by page, it looked cool with the imperfections.The stamping ink used is glittered, under a light, wicked, that is really cool.The leather wrap could be a few inches longer, but that's ok, I worked something out around it.Looking at the pages and stamping, I wouldn't personally want to put stickers, scrapbooking, drawings, etc. For it would take away from the detailing and artistry of the stamping and workmanship put into the journal.Overall well done, 5 star. Keep up the good work. I will in the future order from Bhoori Devi
