Has anyone tested actually putting 1000 cards in the binder? Most "big capacity" binders when full can't actually handle it. The pages start bending.

Yea and really nicely I have every pokemon set and carrying over 50 binders sucks now I only carry 10 100% recommend for those big collectors and I bought 11 of theses

Will the pockets be able to hold a double sleeved Magic card? I used dragon shield perfect seal inner sleeves, and matte outer sleeves

Yes they will fit in the pockets just fine. Due to the thickness though you will only be able to get around half of the binder full before it is too thick to zip.

Can I put more than 1 card per slot? I have like 4 extra of a lot of cards and was hoping I could.

I have several that are comfortably sleeved with 3 cards inside perfect fit sleeves, 4 shouldn’t be an issue
