This is a fantastic cushion! I have coccyx pain from all other office chair cushions I've tried. I can use this one for hours with no pain! Highly recommend it! Very comfy!

My brother is 6’2” and became paraplegic several months ago. We are not trained in finding the right resources to help us… no, no one sat down and said, here is a list of things you need and “why”. I have been overwhelmed on how to help him so if you are just now trying to help your family member who has become a paraplegic- READ THIS.Notice my brothers height (6’2” and could be taller- I haven’t needed to know this information). We needed him to have a wheelchair that was adjustable (19.5” from ground to floor) AND A GOOD thick cushion. Because beds, household chairs, electric scooters, and car seats all vary, you want the incline to be minimal for transfer. Remember- they can’t use their legs.We ended up buying another wheelchair and a second cushion to have on both floors of house.This cushion is PERFECT. It is firm, curved towards the front, soft with gel interior feel, with cushion cover that can be removed and laundered.

My husband sits all day in his wheelchair and he just said that this is the best cushion ever! It’s made very nice. The cushion does not deflate when sitting on and provides great support. Keeps hips and legs elevated evenly too. Added height makes getting out of wheelchair easier. Stays in place and does not slide when moving around or getting up. Fits great on the 18x18 seat. I highly recommend this cushion.

I’ve ordered this before, and it was perfect: high density, firm, washable cover, exactly as described. This time however, the exact same item is of the same excellent quality, but the firmness is lacking. It’s gives about 2” when I sit and I only weigh 100 lbs. the previous one hardly gave in at all, but was still comfortable. But it is an excellent product.

This pillow doesn't get or stay squished like the cheaper ones. My husband is very pleased with it. Since I sit a lot at home to write, I'm going to buy one for myself.

If your looking at higher priced seat cushions on Amazon and trying to decide between this one and the even more expensive 'Purple' one.....this is the winner by far. This is a very high density memory foam, I'm 185lbs and only sink in maybe 2" or 2 1/2". I'm sure it will start to lose its firmness at some point but new its a fairly firm cushion but not uncomfortable at all IMO. Its certainly FAR better than the 'Purple' one, for almost 1/2 the price. I have not had any hemorrhoid flare ups or tail bone problems at all with this cushion, unlike the 'Purple' one, which had my hemorrhoid's on fire and bleeding in one day of use. I wish it was cheaper, I'd buy a few more for every chair but $50+ is still pretty expensive, thus the reason its only 4 stars.Update: 10/10/24 My original one was starting to wear down so I ordered another. The second one was not nearly as nice, its thinner and poorer quality memory foam. I don't know if its a QC issue or they are just using cheaper materials, trying to cut costs but charging the same amount, like everyone else these days.

Thick yes, however it compresses easily. this is very cheap thick Foam. after a few uses it will decompress easily and have indentions after a few uses. Too expensive for how cheap quality it is
