Would these work as nail art?

These are sew-on stones in a metal setting, so I would think they’d be rather heavy/bulky to try to use them on your nails. They are great for elaborate clothing design or statement jewelry.

Can these be glued on fabric, or are they sew on only?

If the bottom is flat, you can also use glue to stick. But hand-stitched is more secure.
