Great option to keep your hands free
I have been using this instead of a neck strap for a while now. It's much more versatile, especially when I'm using larger lenses. It frees up my hands and keeps the camera in a good position. You do have to check the connection point to the camera periodically as its just screwed in and can work loose over time. Good build quality and design.

Great purchase!
Love this harness! I take long hikes with my camera for nature photography and I like to keep my 150-500mm tamron lense on my camera at all times because you never know when you'll see wildlife and you rarely have time to change lenses when you need to. My lense is big and heavy and this harness prevented me from having it swinging around using just the shoulder strap and it made it so that I didn't have to keep it in my backpack. I was ready to go at all times! The adjustability on it is great as well, I'm tiny and I was able to get this very tight so that it doesn't chafe as I'm walking. I've taken this on many hikes with me, up and down mountains and it's still in great shape. 100% recommend. The ONLY downside is that the slide in and slide out feature on it I don't love tha it clicks in because it's been very hard to take out at a moments notice when I really need to. It has caused me to miss a few good shots. I solved this by taping around my nub on my camera so that it no longer clicks in. Another part of that feature that I don't like it that I have to check on my camera often to see that it hasn't become unscrewed from the nub mount that attaches to the camera. I've walked to long without checking and my camera just unscrews from that completely and falls off! Not sure what the solution for that could be. I don't think this is the fault of the herness necessarily, just something I've noticed after using it for a while.

Veratile camera carrier
I acquired this holder primarily to have hands-free capability while mobile and while still having a secure hold on my camera with either a small prime or zoom lens (with lock) attached. The MQ-MSP01 enabled me to achieve this objective. The product has proved versatile in enabling me to carry a Canon 5D with either a 50 or 85mm prime lens attached, or a 24-70mm zoom lens with a lock. The material is sturdy and the attachment around the chest area avoids the risk of uncontrolled swinging of the camera while moving through uneven terrain. The holster for a second camera is a bonus in circumstances where I may need the second camera. The flexibility of hands-free, easy access and camera security in the primary chest area holder are the key features for me in using this product.

Comfortable and fits even larger bodies
This vest and side holster fit well, even though I have a larger build. It feels a bit awkward at first, since the vents really only extends down the chest, but that is the only place it is needed. It holds even a fairly heavy setup comfortably in the middle of your chest, so it does not affect your balance much or feel like much of a load. I find that I use the side holster on its own even more often though, because it is secure, easy to attach to a belt, and leaves the camera in easy and natural reach. I was worried that the circular baseplate that slips in the groove might not be secure enough, but discovered rather quickly that the other groove, cut into the baseplate can serve to lock the camera into place in the holster (or vest mount), requiring the user to twist the camera to align the groove with the direction of the holster (the direction you are pulling/up) and pull the camera up, so there is little risk of it slipping. out. The natural angling of the camera (at least with my setup (R7 and 400mm lens)) causes it to tilt in the holster a bit as well, further locking it in. This can be a downside, as it holds the plate firmly in place, so that any movement/rocking as you walk is transferred to the bolt holding the plate to the camera. I fixed this using a bit of the removable loctite (I needed it for my PeakDesign clip as well when using it with a backpack). I was skeptical at the time of purchase and fully prepared to have to return it, but wound up quite happy with the product and looking forward to using it for a long time. I would strongly suggest getting the optional connector with the incorporated Arca-Swiss plate though.

Works Well.
Purchased this harness for an overseas trip. Took it out for an all-day test; worked great. Used a Sony camera and a 200-600mm lens in front and a Sony camera and a 18-250mm lens on the side. Did not feel uncomfortable or make my back ache. Was able to secure and release my cameras from the harness without difficulty. One thing to note, check the knobs that screw into the bottom of the camera/lens frequently. The knobs can become loose, depending upon the frequency of releasing and securing the cameras to the harness. One benefit, the harness does have safety straps just in case a camera becomes dislodged or not secured correctly.

No more straps!
UPDATE: It was great until it wasn't. The vest holder cracked. Nikon Z7ii with battery pack and Viltrox 85 1.4 on board. Maybe I challenged it too much with that weight. A lighter load might be ok. Great vest. Camera feels very securely attached. I'm not a fan of straps so this is a big relief. And I like to take the dogs along on my shoots so I added these carabiners to hook the leashes to when I want to stop and shoot.

Great for the Price
I carry a Canon 1Dx typically with an L series 35-250 with a total weight of 6-8 lbs. And I have two herniated disks in my back. Traditional camera straps don't work for me. They put too much pressure on my neck and shoulders. I have been looking for a solution for a while, but didn't want to break the bank. I am thrilled to have found this one. It wears comfortably, completely adjustable and secured the camera well in place. Its design also allows me to wear it comfortably with my backpack. I also like that when not in use it folds up flat making it easy to through in my bag or suitcase. So far it is performing well, but if anything changes I will come back and update.

A great additive for a holster for my cameras.
As a chest holster. It does really well especially during the winter or if I'm going to an event etc. This does the job cuz I don't have to worry about holding on to it I know it'll sit by itself. Of course I took the original buckles off the plastic buckles I didn't trust at all. So I altered just a slight bit with heavy duty buckles that will hold my cameras in place from the straps. Does excellent. Especially when it's winter time and I can put it directly from my coat.

Gives me free hands when I need them
I was a bit skeptical of this working after reading other reviews. I bought it because I'd just purchased a 'big lens'. Took it out for a walk at the weekend, it fits me quite well when adjusted and isn't uncomfortable over my chest as I thought it might be. I eventually got used to putting my camera in sideways and twisting it sideways to pull it out. My camera seemed secure when it was in the holster and gave me the use of two hands when climbing over styles, I'm not too steady on my feel nowdays. It definitely made my camera feel lighter. I still carried my camera around my neck most of the way because I forgot I was wearing it, which is a good thing especially with the warmer weather coming I know it won't make me too hot. Good purchase.

Secure and handy
It's a great product overall, it secures the camerascompletely and you don't have to worry about them, plus you get easy access at all times. The shoulder straps could have been more comfortable but it's not a deal breaker.
