What is the largest size loa (in grams pls) that this maker can make?

Does it have a keep warm feature when the baking ends?

Don't think so. Instructions say that you need to take bread out of the machine as soon as it beeps at the end. It comes with a timer though. So, say you want warm bread early in the morning, then put all ingredients in the evening, set the timer so that baking starts in the middle of the night and bread will be ready and warm for breakfast the following morning.

Definitely it's used most days I get about 3 large loaves from a bag flour I use the basic recipe 2 process taking around 2 hour. Following the instructions to letter you won't go wrong .I recommend .
