Oversize Foam Cowboy Hat - Funny Party Costume Accessory

Earl was a big hit at out recent cook off. Hat is made nicely but unfortunately didn’t fit his head. LOL, so I improvised!! Great product and will by again for future events.

This item is very cheaply made and not at all worth the $32 that I ended up paying for it. It comes crumpled up in a bag, and the foam ripped when I tried to plump up and straighten out the hat. Really had high hopes for this as a fun accessory, but it was not at all useable.

Perfect for some hilarious laughs with a celebrating group. We wore in Austin and had a blast. They are plenty big. The pic on Amazon doesn’t make it easy to tell. Get ready to laugh!

The hat is very large and colors are as pictured. The build quality isn’t great. The side brims of the hat were tacked up in different spots on each side making the hat sit very crooked and it was shoved in a small box so I am in the process of trying not reshape it.

This thing is awesome. Looks great and it a good quality (as far as a foam hat goes). The cut-out for the head can be enlarged if needed with some scissors. As a dude, I have a slightly larger cranium and it was very easy to cut a small amount of foam out to make it fit a little better.

The hat was good color but compressed into a very small package so it was very misshapen and one of the pins for the brim was ripped through. Otherwise it was as expected, just need to work on the packaging a little more...

Was looking for big, orange foam hats to make a statement at a client party, and these hats did the trick! Arrived on time, unpacked easily and with a little help from a steamer shaped easily. Different sized heads among the group, so fit everyone. In a room of 800 people, we were easily seen and everyone thought they were great!! Highly recommend!!

Used as a VBS prop — not built to last I purchased this as a prop for Vacation Bible School, and while it will serve its purpose, I don’t expect it to last more than a week. It arrived crumpled in an extremely small bag, so it needs time to flatten out before it's usable. The sides were folded unevenly and misaligned from the central star, which is when I noticed the gold brads. The foam material is very flimsy—thin enough that the brads easily punch through it. While this made repositioning simple, it also means any light tug risks tearing them right out. It works for a temporary display or light use, but don't count on it for durability or structure.
