Will these work in the Walgreens branded True Metrix meter?

They'll work in any Metrix meter I have three different Metrix Meters and the strips work in all three.I hope this helps.

How Accurate the readings from Truemetrix system?

The meter and test strip combo averages (7, 14, and 30 day acerages are displayed) agree very well with my A1C lab tests. On the AVERAGE, this meter is very accuate. Each test event individually will cluster around an accurate result but can vary even if taken minutes apart. This is just the nature of this type of meter. These strips are by far cheaper than most of the competition. If you have a doubt about a single test result (too high or too low), I suggest a retest a few minutes later to verify. Also, do not test within 4 hours of eating as this will read high. Please wait until the blood drop icon is blinking after insertion of the strip before testing. Many failed results are from testing too quickly. Be sure you keep the test strip in contact continuously with the blood drop for at least a second or two until the test strip fills completely.

Is the box of 50x2 100 total strips? Or is it 50 strips? I'm confused what the actual quantity is due to the similarly priced ( $10 vs $12) option

Is this has the ndc 56151-1460-01?

don't know what ndc means but I find none of those # on my box
