the label says the magnesium is magnesium malate and glycinate but on the the amazon webpage it clearly says magnesium citrate. which is it?

I no longer have the pouch but my stick says magnesium....no type. I love this product

Is there caffeine in it?

No caffeine! It is good to include the unflavored pack in your morning bullet proof coffee! Now you have caffeine.

Does consuming this product break a fast? i ask because i notice it contains coconut in addition to stevia extract (rebaudoside a). thanks!

Great Question! That depends on your fasting desires and standards. Some say yes because it has calories. Others say no because it is too small of an amount!

Is this a new formula or is this formula in packets different than the scooped mix?

Hi there! Thank you so much for reaching out. I am sorry for the slow response. The holiday weekend and a busy Tuesday have us running a bit behind on answering questions. The stick packs are exactly the same product as the tub just packaged for your convenience. : ) Caroline Redmond Life
