What is the best way to prepare a cup of TWG Tea?

As the recommended water temperature and infusion time vary from tea to tea, we recommend referring to the product page or the instructions provided on the tea packaging.

How should I store my tea and how long will it last?

Our teas are best enjoyed within 3 years from purchase for an exceptional flavor experience. To preserve their freshness and quality, we recommend storing your tea in an airtight container, away from light, heat and humidity.

What are TWG Tea Cotton Teabags made of?

Our 100% Cotton Teabags are crafted from pure cotton and hand-sewn with cotton thread. Free from glue and staples, they are fully biodegradable while allowing our whole-leaf teas to unfurl and develop their full aroma during infusion.

Are there any theine-free (caffeine free) teas?

Theine is a natural stimulant found in tea that provides a gentle and gradual energy boost. TWG Tea offers theine-free Chamomile and Red Teas (Rooibos), which can be enjoyed hot or iced throughout the day and are suitable for children.

Do you provide gift wrapping for my order?

As orders are fulfilled by platform, we are unable to offer gift wrapping, gift messages or paper bags. For a more personalised shopping experience, including gift wrapping and other exclusive services, we invite you to shop at TWGTea.com.
