A Must-Have for Active People!
As avid runners, bikers and hikers, we go through a lot of Nuuns for electrolyte hydration. Amazon has the absolute best prices when buying in bulk! Nuuns works great during the activity, or as a recovery drink. The flavors all taste great, and dissolve quickly in water (just swirl to mix). Fun Fact: if you're camping or backpacking and need a warm drink at night, a heated cup of Nuuns does the trick! Bonus, the Sport line is caffeine free.

Great for Rehydrating
I originally bought these for workouts, but they've also been incredibly helpful when I've had diarrhea and needed to replace fluids and electrolytes. They dissolve quickly, taste good, and make it much easier to stay hydrated than drinking plain water alone. I always keep a tube at home because they're convenient and easy to use whenever I need a quick electrolyte boost. For me, they've been a great product, and I'll definitely keep buying them. Highly recommended!

Keeps me hydrated
These are my go-to for hydration on bike rides especially hot days. Tablets are easier to mix than powder and easy to carry on trips. I like the lemon-lime, but it definitely needs ice. Doesn't taste that good in warm water. Recommended by my nutritionist.

I use more water than the instructions. It’s a nice flavor and helps keep hydrated

Keeps Me Going on Long Runs & Workouts
I’ve been using Nuun Sport Electrolyte Tablets for a couple of months now, and they’ve quickly become a staple in my routine—especially during workouts and long runs. The flavors are light and refreshing, not overly sweet, which I really appreciate. Lemon Lime and Tri-Berry are my go-tos. They dissolve easily in water and don’t leave any gritty residue, though I’ve noticed they take a bit longer to dissolve in cold water. What sets these apart for me is the balanced formula. The added magnesium has helped reduce muscle cramps and post-workout fatigue, which I used to struggle with during intense training sessions. I also like that these tablets are low in sugar and free from artificial junk—perfect for keeping things clean without sacrificing performance. They’re vegan, gluten-free, and don’t upset my stomach like some other supplements have in the past. Each tube is super portable, so I can throw one in my gym bag or suitcase when traveling. My only small complaint is that some flavors have a slight aftertaste (Citrus Cranberry wasn’t my favorite), but that’s minor in the big picture. Overall, if you’re looking for an effective, easy-to-use electrolyte option that doesn’t rely on sugary sports drinks, Nuun Sport is definitely worth trying.

Love it
The Lemon Lime are my favorite! Make me feel like I’m drinking soda! I highly recommend, actually felt different using it supplementally. Love that there is little to no sugar! And it dissolves very well
