I could give this 5 stars, for being exactly what I expected. Or, I could give it 1 star, for being exactly what I expected.The bottom line is... it's crap, as one would expect. But, since most people that would buy this has a set of files and the knowledge to modify it to be useful... well there ya go.If you can file out the slot to allow the radius inserts to fit, then it is well worth the price vs. fabricating your own tool or spending premium $.If you want an out of the box tool that actually works (for a LOT more money), then look elsewhere.

This is great quality BUT none of the inserts fit the head. You’d figure if they went this far, they’d have done some minor adjustments to at least make the fitment work. They did not! I could keep it and make it work by doing necessary adjustments and modifications, but no. It’s going straight back and I don’t believe that they will even be the least bit concerned. I return junk… I don’t do their job for them. I hope you’re luckier than I was and get a decent set. If not, I hope you’ll send it right back to them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

It does what it was designed to do. Easy to use.

Make the work even more due to sharp burrs and edges on cauls . I use a press and had to remove way too much of new frets.
