Do the pink balls include in the girl toy tent?

The balls have to be purchased separately.

Did you get a gift receipt? Is yes, contact customer service and they can assist you. They are very helpful! Hope you get this resolved soon!

What size is the carrying bag for the girl's gift?

It looks small but easy to fit the tent back in. Not for carrying anything else in it. It’s just like you bought a regular tent for camping and the carry bag for that is the same except small and round.
