The Clear Quran® Series – English Hardcover

Khattab's translation is an instant classic. While not as elegant as the prose of Haleem's translation nor as accurate as the Sahih International translation, Khattab excels at combining accuracy with comprehensibility. This is the translation I always recommend to those who have little previous knowledge of Islam or those unfamiliar with reading difficult works and scripture. His introduction also serves as an excellent introduction to the Islamic faith and the importance of the Quran.

This is my favorite English translation of God's Word. It's easy to understand, has footnotes, comes with an attached ribbon bookmark, is English-only, and the Book itself is high quality and will last me a lifetime. It's the perfect size for studying alone. I also have the large print edition for studying with family. All in all wonderful Book and a huge blessing in my life! The paperback is perfect for gifting as well! Peace be upon whoever is reading this review. ♡♡

Alhamdulilah I am extremely satisfied with this purchase. May God reward the translator and the team that made it possible for me to own this treasure. Well done; Very easy to read and understand. Best Amazone purchase for me do far.

I believe this book is so important for everybody. You should have a copy from this book if you wanna find the inner peace and the purpose of why we are here.

much better than expected, excellent for me. i use it in addition to my noble quran that is in arabic with interpretation in english. excellent binding, cover, and pages. subject sub-headings are excellent.

Excellent!😁

It's translated very well. Very easy to read and understand the Qur'an. For non arabic speakers this is the best way to learn and understand the Qur'an. It's very well translated to English. I highly recommend it.

The Quran is meant to be read in Arabic and since I do not speak nor read Arabic, a translation is necessary. I wanted to familiarize myself with the Quran rather than to listen to "experts". I believe most of the verses are mostly correct and the translation is meant to be a thematic translation and not word for word. However, I do know for a fact that the city Jerusalem by name is not mentioned at all in the Quran, in its original Arabic source. However, the translator took it upon himself to add it which to me is dishonest and intentional: * 4:154 * 7:161 * 17 chapter description * 17:1 Muhammad journeyed to the mosque at the edge of the farthest mosque, which what Al-Aqsa actually means. I believe there are historical texts indicating that the village of Al-Ji'rana had two mosques: the closest (al-Adna) and the farthest (al-Aqsa) * 95:1-2 It was one thing if the translator put an asterisk and a footnote claiming it is believed that the location is/was Jerusalem but he chose not to do so. Given that, it could very well be that a lot of other versus have been distorted.

It was so fast Can’t wait to start reading

I found this book to be very interesting and I enjoyed reading the whole book. The lay out is very cleaver and the author leaves little notes to explain the meaning of the verses. Indeed I have learned alot about Islam. I would highly recommend people to read and understand everything in the Quran.

This book is great translation of the original Holy Quran. I’m lucky enough to have native Arabic speakers that help give context to any specific verse because with any translation their will be at least slight variances from the original and with holy scripture it’s important to make sure meaning and teachings aren’t lost or changed. The book does a great job explaining certain verses in the footnotes and I would recommend anybody read this book to get a basic understanding of the book before reading the Quran in it’s original language.

The package has arrived in perfect conditions and the Quran was covered in blister to protect the pages, very satisfying

Translation of the Quraan is Difficult. The Arabic is high class Arabic but Dr Khatab did a great job. Jazak Allahu kul Kheir.
