Awsome as a scraper and windbreak on Blackstone!
I ha e se eral that I use while cooking. Pick up chopped veggies and scrape my butcher block of flour after baking etc. BUT I saw a post where people used these when using Blackstone griddle. They cut down the wind from the sides of the cook surface. Just tried that and it works! Just slip 2 on each side of the griddle sides. You can still shut the lid too. Awsome hack.!

Just what I needed!
So much help to scoop things up after chopping! I finally bought one. I should have 40 years ago! This is really nice. I love it! Nice quality, no complaints.

Does the job
I got this product for my husband who means well but is a sloppy cook. Every time he would dice anything and slide it off a cutting board with a knife some of it always would up on the floor. This product helped stop that. It is easy to use and very sturdy. I definitely recommend this product.

Simple but very useful
Great for picking up ingredients from the chopping board to frying pan etc. Being stainless steel means no issues with being dishwasher safe.
