Great flavor.
This stuff is great. A little goes a long way. The flavor is fantastic. This with some garlic and a bag of fresh spinach is the illusion of health.

Simply horrible
Terrible! I don't know what else to say. Just horrible. The oil tastes really old almost rancid. The truffle flavor is disgusting. I literally had to spit it out. The flavor lingered for way too long which I wouldn't mind if it tasted like truffle. Glad I tasted before putting it on my food.

Love love love!
I'm addicted to the SmashBurger's garlic parm black truffle sauce. I decided to find a recipe so I could make the sauce (mayo, lemon juice, salt, pepper and this oil). DELICIOUS! I've started adding some of this oil in other recipes and it adds great flavor and depth. I'm not an oil pro or a chef but speaking as a mom that loves to try new recipes, this oil is a game changer! I'm for sure going to buy more.
