I can’t give it a fair functional review as it was delivered with totally flat batteries. Amazon system is return or replace, but I would be happy to keep the unit and just get sent some decent, fully charged batteries. Beurer should consider incorporating a 6V power supply that plugs into the unit, rather than using batteries.

The readings seem accurate, the cuff is comfortable, and the display is clear and easy to read. Setup is quick, and it stores measurements conveniently for tracking over time. Great value for the quality highly recommended!

I bought this as I have a cardiac problem where I need to keep an eye on my blood pressure and heart rate. I know that certain blood pressure monitors are way off with their readings so I decided to research a few and only buy one which was certified by the British and European Hypertensive Society or whatever it was. I ordered this one and was a little dubious as I hadn't heard of the make before but figured that the build quality would be good seen as it is German made and I was right. It's a great piece of kit, very accurate, easy to store and comes with it's own bag. My only complaint was that the batteries they sent with it were dead but they were in a sealed pack so it was probably just a one off and not something they would realise and it was no big deal. The machine itself is very easy to use and can hold up to sixty readings for two separate memories if I remember correctly. It also tells you if your heart is in an altered rhythm or arrhythmia which is very handy for me. Over all I'm very pleased with this product and thought it was an excellent price for what it is. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a reliable monitor which they can trust results wise.

Le doy las 5 estrellas porque se lo merece. Es preciso en la medición, además de que no varía con ellas. Hice dos mediciones en cada brazo, alternandolas, y en cada brazo nunca cambio el resultado (como creo que debe de ser, pues no me puede cambiar la tensión cada dos minutos). Además no es caro, es sencillo, con letras grandes y claras. Lleva instrucciones, aunque las básicas (medir la tensión) es evidente como operar con él. Recomiendo este aparato a cualquiera que desee seguir sus valores de tensión por las razones que sean, independientemente de la edad. Es mucho más preciso que los de muñeca (varían mucho entre medición).

Misuratore di pressione davvero ottimo, c’è un rapporto qualità prezzo molto elevato. Il dispositivo si presenta, seppur tutto interamente di plastica, molto robusto e compatto. È leggerissimo anche se si utilizzano pile di alta qualità che tendono ad essere un po’ più pesanti rispetto a quelle standard. Il bracciale va benissimo, non si fa fatica ad indossarlo e aderisce perfettamente a qualsiasi diametro del braccio. Inoltre, è silenziosissimo, se se si misura la pressione in sala o in cucina mentre c’è la tv accesa si fa fatica a percepire il suono, ci si accorge che il misuratore sta misurando perché il bracciale inizia a stringere. Comoda la doppia misurazione e la possibilità di memorizzarle. I valori sono precisi, provato su tutta la famiglia e i risultati (paragonandoli anche ad altre misurazioni effettuate con altri dispositivi, anche manuali) rientrano nella media delle misurazioni totali quindi posso dire che è attendibile. In conclusione, come dicevo prima, c’è un elevato rapporto qualità prezzo quindi assolutamente lo consiglio!!
