Taste great
I soak salmon in this product overnight to smoke the next day. 1.5 hours at 225 degrees. People rave about it, even people who are not crazy about salmon.

Good brine
I use this on all types of salmon. Don’t let the label fool you it’s not exclusive for Alaskan salmon.
