This self tanning mitt is perfect for applying the self tanner. It keeps your hands from getting streaky in between your fingers and the mitt is very soft so it feels like nothing when you apply the self tanning lotion. This sunless tanning mitt is so soft and doesn't absorb the product but applies it very evenly and effortlessly. There is a protective layer between the mitt and your hands so you won't get any lotion in your hands. I also used the latex gloves that come with the actual sunless tanner lotion as well for extra protection but honestly, I don't think I even needed them. The tanning mitt can be easily hand washed with soap and water and air dried after each use. I have never used two tanning mitts to apply self tanner before, but the self tanner came with one and I purchased a second one so I could try using two at once and I'll never go back to using just one, it's so much easier and quicker to apply the sunless tanner with two mitts. This is the absolute best sunless tanning mitt hands down and itnonly costs 6 bucks! I've used the St. Tropez mitt, the Fake Bake Flawless mitt, a few different generic ones and I stopped searching after I found the Sun Labs one. It applies the tanner evenly & smoothly and it feels great against my skin. It's a plush micro fiber material that's the perfect thickness so it doesn't absorb too much product or make application streaky. It truly is the best mitt one could ask for! I love that it's black so the tanner stains don't show and it has a thumb hole. It fits literally like a glove and doesn't twist around during application. I bought it in 2018 and have used it every time I've applied self tanner since. It's in almost as perfect condition as the day I got it. At this rate I may never need to replace it. It holds up so well to washing. I wet the mitt, apply a small amount of dish soap, lather & rinse then let it air dry and it's perfect again. It never loses it's softness or shape. I can't say enough good things about this mitt. It has proven to be one of my best little Amazon finds and will never use another tanning mitt as long as I have this one.

i’ve been self tanning for years and no other method has performed as well as this mitt has. it’s incredible. i’ve tried using my hands, which leaves them orange and my body streaky. i’ve used the tanning mitts that you can find at drug stores and at ULTA, and they always tend to rip on the sides after a few uses. although those ones left my tan not as streaky, they’re nothing compared to the sun laboratories mitts. they’re extremely soft and long lasting. i can use this mitt to apply any self tanner so evenly and streak free. i’ve never been more impressed with any other self tanning mitt than i am with this one. in just a few minutes this mitt gives me a smooth, flawless, bronzer finish. it’s distributed the same all over. i’ve even used this mitt to apply self tanner to my face and it works perfectly. i thought all mitts worked the same until i came across this one. the sun laboratories self tanner is incredible as well. these are by far the best combination i’ve ever used and i definitely recommend everyone to try, especially if you’re having a hard time finding a self tanner that performs well and applies evenly, while looking natural rather than artificial.

It's that time of year where you start to need a tan. Since I'm not out in the sun much I totally rely on fake and bake. I needed a mitt that would easily apply sunless tanner. The Smith is soft and it does help the product go on nicely. However if you apply too much sunless tanner to the MIT it will soak through and without you knowing it you will have bronze to Orange Palms so just make sure you wash your hands thoroughly. It is definitely not the best MIT in the world but it's also not the worst. I would in fact purchase this again. But remember with also painters you must exfoliate exfoliate and prep the skin before applying it otherwise you will come out looking like a bright orange Sun. That is from personal experience.

This self tanning lotion mitt is amazing! It works wonders when applying the self tanning lotion. It rubs all the product evenly into your skin. The mitt does not soak up the self tanner lotion like I was afraid it would. The mitt does not leave you with streaks or any imperfections. The self tanning mitt is also very soft and flexible which helps when applying product. The tanning mitt has almost a fleece, velvety, plush texture. VERY SOFT! Very easy to work with! I used a self tanning mitt and also tried applying self tanner with my bare hands, and with latex gloves and found the tanning mitt is the easiest to use and work with. Disposable gloves seemed impossible to work with and I felt like it wasn’t rubbing the product in easy but this mitt is a life savor! If you are a fan of self tanning products weather it’s a spray, lotion, mousse, you need to have a tanning mitt in your collection! You will thank me and the tanning people for this product! It’s truly AMAZING! The self tanning mitt comes with the Black mitt, and disposable gloves. I’ll definitely be using the tanning mitt when applying the sunlabs self tanning products!

I don't normally use self-tanner, but having a mitt does make me more likely to, since it makes the process a little easier and cleaner. Very easy to use, I like the sleek black design with a loop to hang it from hooks to avoid mess! I've been testing this out for a couple weeks now and it's held up considerably well; the material hasn't lost its shape or taken any ugly creases. Washing is a breeze in the sink - I haven't tried in the washing machine yet, but I feel like it'd hold up. The mitt is not too thick, not too thin, product goes on smooth and even given that the material does the same with your self tanner that, say, a beauty blender would do with your foundation - it soaks up a little bit of product to make sure the overall application goes a long way, and keeps the whole surface looking smooth and even.

Protects your hand and the application is smooth... BUT it absorbs SO MUCH PRODUCT!!! Like waists so much of your tanning lotion. I decided to stop using it and just wash my hands right after applying bc it isn’t worth how much lotion gets absorbed into the mitt & goes to waist.

If you use self tanner you NEED this mitt! The foam tanner came on so much easier and it's so much nicer having this mitt to apply product rather than trying to use gloves or just bare hands! It applied so much more evenly and was very easy to use. It keeps your hands from getting stained and it's very easy to clean and use over and over. This is my first mitt for tanning and as far as I'm concerned it will be my last... its perfect...feels like velvet and applies a perfectly even coat of the lotion. It is also double sided and VERY soft. And two smaller ones that are great for smaller areas. So great for the price too. My tan looks so even and I have already gotten so many compliments. I am LOVING my glow. Highly recommend!

Fits small on my hand and I have size 5 ring fingers very dainty and small lol it didn't come in a box like shown in photo. It came wrapped in cling wrap and plastic. Delivered late because of transport too
