What’s the size of it. I have a big head and need help

I also have a large head and these fit my head. It doesn’t stay on as well as I hoped but I don’t think it’s from strap being to small but because anything with a stretch band wants to slide of of a round surface.

Does this contain neoprene?

Very comfortable but nothing written or tagged to let you know for sure

Does this chin strap have an odor?

I didn't notice any odor but I did find the chin strap to be too small for my chin which has a beard.

Does this work as well as the genuine ResMed blue chinstrap?

The first thing I noticed when I received them was that the stretchy strap was not as firm as the original Resmed. I was not impressed, so I sent them back.
